The morning after you left
I stand alone by my window,
You never looked back.
I grasp the chance to
Call your name and
Hear your voice
For one last time,
But you didn’t hear me.
I thought of running,
Screaming on top of
My lungs but to no avail.
It seems hopeless now
And I shiver.
I hear nothing as I took
my last breath,
The morning after
I WANT TO LOVE
LIKE A FRESH BREWED ARABICA COFFEE
IN THE MORNING,
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE THE CHANGING
COLORS OF MAPLE LEAVES
IN AUTUMN SEASON,
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE RAIN
IN A HOT AND HUMID SUMMER NIGHT,
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE THE
COBALT SKY IN A LONELY
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE THE HIGH
AND MIGHTY MOUNTAIN OF HIMALAYAS,
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE SMALL DROPLETS
OF SNOW FLAKES IN A COLD
ABOVE ALL ELSE, I WANT TO LOVE LIKE
NO ONE HAS EVER NEEDED ME BEFORE.
PURE AND SIMPLE,
I WANT TO LOVE LIKE A WOMAN
THAT I AM.
Summer ended early as I go beyond
The narrow road where our shadows
Mutually lingered in the past.
The icy air of autumn spell
Chilled my soul and I wander around
The path you and I were once part of,
I reminisce the days of sweet rapture
Now lost in the pages of my memory….

If tomorrow is about to end
would you dare tell me that you care?
As I lay my body down, emotions run through
my mind with an immense questions of
self doubt, I close my weary eyes and wish
for tomorrow will never come….
